Dash lights all lit up

Hey everyone,
Noticed yesterday that I have a stack of dash fault lights come on. Went off for a bit and is now on permanently.
Guessing I've got a loose ground but hoping for some pointers of where to start please. I'm 46 and not built for fitting under the dash, even with the drivers seat out.

It's a RHD HZJ105 base model wagon.

Hahaha. 1HZ doesn't do scanning

My bad, damn alternator sh1t the bed on a 12 hour road trip. Nothing like a road side alternator change.
Just back in reception finally.
