To answer the questions asked.

1) 60-85 mph
2) 40psi cold
3) dealer alignment
 
Double check all hardware on the rear upper and lower links, and panhard rod.

Also check sway bar link condition.

Consider finding a way to pull back the boot on your kdss cylinders and check for fluid that has made it past the seals.. then reseal the boot.
 
Front alignment looks good.

Rear? How much lift are you running?

Sometimes, stability issues at the front axle can manifest in the rear. But if you're sure it's an issue at the rear axle, check to see if either trailing arm is bent. Definitely check the panhard bar as bloc points out, as it is the link that locates the axle side to side. Check for play in the rear bearings, as there's been a few examples to experience premature wear at that component.
 
Also as someone pointed out 35 psi is low
