On overdosing: While growing-up near a mental hospital (Mom worked there, Dad was a Judge who ruled if people should be able to leave or not), the hospital actually REMOVED all DHMO-producing machines from an entire building as patients were overdosing, sometimes ingesting 15+ gallons a day, actually producing a drug-like feeling. They ended up rationing DHMO.
