Any recommendations on how to cut 3/16" thick copper bar? It is 3/4 inch wide, if that matters.

I would use my JET Bandsaw.
Grinder, or sawsall.

For copper and brass, a regular tablesaw with a fine tooth trim blade works nice.

hacksaw with elbow grease works just fine, i use my hacksaw alot around the shop.

MJB Welding supply has a big booth at the Colusa farm Show every year. I think they use them as a lost leader to get people to buy the other stuff. It must have worked since I dropped about $500 on other things I "needed" before I left.
