just the stock upper rubber bumpstop with a 3in tall tube (capped off) welded on the spring perch. centers the spring on the axle and acts as a bump stop extension.

also got the tool box, air tank, and compressor bolted down today. the tank used to be in the tool box but i needed the space in the tool box for obvious reasons

easiest way is to take the bottom bolt off the shock and then lift the truck. the axle will drop enough to get the spring out.
A bit off subject. But I noticed the one tons. Did you keep the original suspension set up and just weld everything up to the tons. That's what it looks like.

yes. i could take the tons out and put a set of stock axles back under it without changing anything. the only thing different is the front 3-link but the front lower control arms are mounted to the stock control arm location.

didnt have to move it, its in front of the rear axle.

Yeah. Ill get a before pic up this afternoon. I cut it with a sawzall.
