Has anybody else experienced horrible customer service from man-a-fre? It seems like every time I need something it is a hassle. They dont have a part for a 5 inch kit in stock but they don't bother telling you until a week later on the sceduled delivery date.

Yes. I ordered something only to find out a week later they wouldn't have it in stock for 6 weeks or more--after they placed a temporary authorization on my account. I got begrudging responses after I complained. I cancelled the order and got the part elsewhere within a week. Hold them to it. Maybe it will change their behavior.
