Custom Keychains

I like the designs you have created so far. Maybe a TEQ fob/opener like this;

These were made out of aluminum with a compass inset on one side and the company logo on the other. The opener straight edge had a bevel in it to dig under the bottlecap which you can somewhat see in the pic.

I have some ideas for bottle openers, just need to get some time to do them. Hard to put a bevel on the edge with a laser, would have to be a second operation.

I suppose I could get some cut out of carbon steel and paint it. Thoughts?

In another direction...how about the regular keychain, and I will have it powdercoated along with a bunch of other stuff I am doing.

Not sure powdercoat will stick to stainless steel...maybe someone else knows? Quick google search may tell us?

I don't have a way to powdercoat (at least low cost). I could supply anyone with raw carbon steel ones for probably less than what I am selling the sst keychains for.
