100 series rack and sliders are almost throught the R&D design phase and will be going out SOON! It will be some time before the 100 series bumpers come into the picture. UNLESS I BUY A 100 series ... which is in the works ;)....

80 series racks have been out for awhile... Late (95-97) 80 sliders w/ cat protection will be the first thing out (by early to mid February is the plan). Followed by front and rear expedition style bumpers. I hope to have these out by mid February - to early March

@warezdog @LS1FJ40 are to thank for staying after me on the 80 products and pushing me on a regular basis.

All 80 and 100 series product components will be laser cut and mostly CNC bent by the time its all said and done.

Speaking of laser cut.....

First of three pallets arrived from the laser cutter this afternoon.

@stayalert will get a majority of the new laser cut items on his rear custom dual swing build.

Now I just need money!! Soon. Soon.

Glad you're running a bit behind on 80 bumpers, it will give me some time to find some money and buyers for my current Ironman and IPOR.
I'm going to opt mine to be bare as I think its a better way to go and I want to JD Blitz Black them anyhow!

Ditto. No powder for mine. Mine will be flat OD Green or flat khaki. Depends what color I paint my 80.

Well that's a good thing... they will only be available in bare metal.. I'll be in touch with you two in the near future.

Just a quick update..... The 80 is coming into the shop next week for modernization and mechanization......... :grinpimp: Front and rear bumpers will be exposed soon and off to the laser cutter.

YES, the rear will have a 100% removable swing arm (no spindles sticking out to rust up and be unsightly when not in use. It can be capped off to keep the elements out and only take about 10 minutes to transform). This is something that I have had over 300 inquiries on in the past 16 months. Yes guys, I do read the PM's and questions off of my website. I actually bring Andrea into the equation for the dual use cruiser opinion. (this is for ones that the wife drives it on a daily basis, hate the bulk of the arms on a regular basis and then you guys that abuse it on the weekends or trail/event trips only......... HA!)

Arms for 1, 2 or no arm configuration. Delrin rest pads, rubber bumper stops, locking spring loaded pins with gas actuated shock arms. LED signal lights will be another option that can be added as well.

Standard options: Tire carrier, dual and triple can jerry can, Hi-Lift mount and ladder.

Custom options: 10" BBQ, drop down table, LED light pole and hammock pole.

A 2" receiver hitch can be ordered for a "cut in/bolt-on application- ONLY" the customer can order and cut this into the rear cross-member and bolt it on at their discretion.

Other than the receiver option this will be a 100% bolt on system.

Pricing (ALL BARE METAL -PLUS SHIPPING) $895.00- 2795.00 (pending options.. Also, most options can be added down the trail, if you will)

@LS1FJ40 & @warezdog you have pushed me to created this monster............... SO STAY TUNED!

Late 80 series sliders (95-97) with and without CAT protection will be available SOON AS WELL.

Be back soon.

Thanks guys,

As most know, I've gone back and forth with the 80s a few times over the past 2 years. But, they will be here to stay soon. Strong and functional systems that take minimal effort to install. No frame cutting.

They are expedition style products.
