If you find a 93 don't forget to check the ECU. If it's not a 1994 then be prepared to add $1200 to the price.

Your ECU is above and behind the glove box which needs to be removed to see the part number.

You might want to search for CES 83,84,85 (I think) these are the sort of famous faulty reporting transmission errors that the above 93 don't exibit. IIRC both part numbers are mentioned in those posts.

Also the first 1/2 of 93's have r12 AC, which in texas is great, until you start looking into r134 replacment system.

IMO just skip the 93's and start looking for 94 and above. :)
 
I paid 18.5K for my 97 with locks, supercharger, OME suspension, and new tires and wheels. The owner had just repainted both bumpers, and all 4 flares also. It has 100k miles on it, but is an immaculate 40th anniversary. I might want to sell it soon though, my wife wants a car. Bummer...
