well since you resurrected it, and I'm a noob:

Whats a good source for the longer spined shaft? I have a FF rear, and once I factor in labor to have an ARB third set up, I think the oem elocker might be a competitive decision.

42311-60081 - OEM axle shaft, 60 series rear, short side, long splined (same part number can be used for 40/55 series)

I got mine from CDan. I imagine it's still available. I paid around $200 USD and that was almost 4 years ago now. If CDan can't get it, you could try MOT or Japan4x4.

I don't know of any custom axle places making them, but I haven't been looking for quite some time, so I'm not totally sure on that (though I'm full of doubt).
