Anyone have an insulated thermos that fits well in the cup holder? I use the 24oz Hydroflasks but they rattle around in the cup holder something fierce. It makes the cup holder useless when I'm wheeling. Any tips?

I placed the little arms in the position that I wanted and then glued them in that position from the bottom. Can’t even tell it’s been glued. Holds my big yeti and my hydro flask. No rattling. I used Gorilla Glue

try a 30 oz. hydroflask with neoprene Nalgene bottle holder. move the center arms one notch to the drivers side, and the hydroflask wedges into the cupholder pretty snug. takes a good hit to knock it loose.

I’m a hydro flask fan, but none of their sizes work well, sucks cause I really like them.

Stanley PMI Vacume Quencher any size work pretty well in the center consol cup holders. I like the 40 oz, but the handle gets in my way a bit, so 30 oz is a great choice.

Life factory glass with rubber sleeve and straw kit in 18 oz work great in the door pockets as a backup when your main water bottle runs dry.

If Army life taught me anything, water... everything else is a luxury. So I’m always open to anyone else’s recommendations on what’s out there.

I can cram 2 large 1liter Costco waters in each front door...and 3 1 liters in each second row door. I’m a room temperature water drinker, so having 10 liters easily accessible is great. You can cram 3 and 4 of the 1/2 liter bottles in each also.

What I like about the 1 liters, too, is that they sit tight in the crappy center console holders, where the 1/2’s flop all over the place.

10 liters is a lot... Plus 2 more in the center if you want.

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Why not put unopened bottles of water on the cool box and pack them in with a couple of small towels?

You can, but I keep sodas or iced coffee in there.

I like room temp water...cold everything else...so other stuff gets cool box priority. ;)
YMMV.

I measured the cup holder today and it looked like it is a smidge under 3.5”. The 30 Oz wide mouth is 3.59”. Have you tried it?

That is indeed a bummer. Have you tried the wide mouth? I measured and it doesn’t look like it’ll fit. I’m almost considering trying to find a wrist band to put on my bottle to make it snug. I’m kinda pot committed to the hydro flask size I have because I have multiple plus all the stickers. Hahaha.

But if I can’t find a good solution, I’ll definitely look at the options you mentioned.

I’ve got a three wide mouths, sadly they don’t fit.

I have a 40 oz hydroflask with the rubber no-skid base on it. I also don't have the center divider for the cup holder. It fits, but if you don't have something else on the other side it'll lean over on any turn. Put another hydroflask next to it and you're golden. This would work with any of the 'wide mouth' models hydroflask offers.

Is it really a cup holder anymore then? More like cups holder... but cool idea anyway.

@Markuson, I like your door pocket setup. I’m still stuck with one bottle there though cause the rest of the door pocket holds my .45.

Nice!
Funny, bc I’m actually working on something related to just that spot (or close to it) for that very thing...

Probably won’t get to it until next week though. The rear cargo area is taking for...e...ver! Huge pain, but turning out better than I expected.

PS. We don’t get to carry here.
CCW in 40 states, but not my own back yard.
