CruiserParts LLC - When they make a mistake you still pay for return

Team - Having an issue with CruiserParts on my first (and last) order with CruiserParts. Their website has a white "Toyota emblem" for . I reached out to their sales rep who confirmed they had the white version in stock - however they shipped a yellow version. The mistake was at their end - non the less - they gave grief for accepting a return and would not cover the cost. If they can't get something this basic right - I have no reason to order anything more expensive for my resto/mod.. At least I see they have updated their picture to show the actual color they have in stock.
 
Sadly that seems to be the way most companies model their return processes . It is so sad and worse you tend not to discover that until you have to do a return. I refuse to do business with any company with that policy
 
I am currently dealing with a similar problem. Lots of delays to resolve a wrong part that was sent to me. Waiting to see if I can get things resolved before adding more details, but you aren’t alone.
