Been there.
Pull the gas tank and flush it.
Put a good water fuel separator in line before your engine if you do not already have one. A must for any boat.

not much else you can do but flush - no magic pill to turn it back into gas. flush all your lines and swap fresh filters... if its carbeurated you may need a new carb kit too.
