sure is quite around here - WFD175 goes to Mexico and everything goes dead? :hhmm:

I say we head over to his place and steal the 40 - WHO'S WITH ME!

I didn't know he was out of town. I was at Superlift Off Road Park all weekend in Hot springs, Arkansas.

Hola compadres.

Jeez, I feel like I sat on the beach all day and drank. Then sat by the pool bar and drank. I did find a Nacho Libre mask for 10.00. I'm wearing it this weekend to a Mexican theme party. Does anyone have any tights?

Only one bar had decent tequilla. I believe it was also watered down.

This week's projects, install new belts, install new oil pressure sending unit, change diff fluids.

My fuel pump died about an hour into the trail on Friday. I was ridin passenger the rest of the weekend. Unfortunately my camera was left in my truck so I didn't get any pics. Dirtoyboy has some though but he hasn't posted them yet. I think it would be worth it for a weekend trip. The trails are plenty wide and there are tons of them. Here are a few links to pics from other people who were there.

Either Thursday night or Friday morning. I'm only able to attend on Friday because the Mother in Law is going back to Estonia on Saturday. Katya is driving her up to Chicago on Sat. while I watch the little ones. I may be able to come back down on Sunday. (with the fam)

 Ain't it funny how your mother-in-law travels 4000 miles to screw up your day. LOL

Bring the 40 on Friday and the 80 on Sunday.

Options!!!!

I'm for sure bringing the horrid brand new whitewagon wheels and the 33x12.5 r15's to try to unload them. I really want to put Oem steelies and caps back on with some 10.5's or 9.5's.

40 on friday and 80 on Sunday. It's good to have options.

If you head down on Friday, I might join you. I'll be heading back late Friday for sure - I have obligations on Sat & Sun. I can probably swing going down all-day Friday though.

Just Talked to MoJ about my 75.00 rear brake pads I just purchased and he's up for a Friday morning departure. I'll be coming back Friday late PM also.

Hmmm, you got communications in the 40? As I recall, you still need an AM radio and antenna - so probably no CB or (gasp) Ham radio yet.

Maybe a good hand-held cheapie deal. I'll see if I still have an old one hanging around. I do have a Cobra all-in-one deal that I could put a 12v cig plug on the power line for temp use - but you'd still need to stick a mag mount somewhere (I have one, you'd just have to decide where to put it on the hood as the roof is fiberglass).

Let me know if you want it for next weekend.

Stopping is overrated anyway. :p

I'm goin down Friday early and goin home Sunday. I'm staying in the Cabin all weekend

Glad to hear you got the cabin worked out after all! Now I have a place to crash if anything goes wrong - which won't happen b/c I have to be back Friday night without exception.

Still, I should get to visit with the Toyota trail team and maybe drive a few of their FJs. Then get to meet a few TAC folks Friday night at the BBQ and camp fire.

Worth the trip I suppose.

STL will not be able to make this weekend. Although I would really like too!!

On another note, Hanna sliders should be here in a few weeks, so I am hoping for a November run to try them out. Cruiser is no longer my dailey driver. I want to go a little taller now.

Damn. It's nice to have a regular group getting together. We need to plan a fall colors run to Wa Sh ita this fall.
