Craigslist Alert - Pretty good deal on an 80

I am surprised this thing is still for sale. Factory Locked! Seems like a solid deal for someone ( I am not affiliated with this seller )

Has anyone looked at it? Is the market on 80's really starting to die out ?!

Maybe a good deal but at 231k with ruff interior and exterior it is trail ready but I looked at it and saw easy money going out the door to get this truck up to a standard I would feel comfortible heading to URE
