Was the original radiator hurt in the crash?
What are the plans for the outer bumper edges/body gap?
Yep. The whole front cooling package was replaced. The original intercooler radiator and the engine radiator both did not survive the bovine encounter.

The bumper cut lines don't bug me too much. There is actually a fair amount of gap needed to ensure that the flexing doesn't cause the bumper come into contact with the body. I know there are a few options to fill it in a bit, but for now, I'm happy with the edge cover that they put on.

Been working on the suspension install and figured I would show some Tundra swap porn. This is a solution that fixes the inner tie rod end length issue. It uses the inside part of a LC200 and the outside part of the Tundra inner TRE. It isn't cheap but it sure is clean! Fit together perfectly with plenty of thread engagement. They were built by a local fab shop that has built a few of these and they definitely stand up to the abuse.

Suspension is mostly back together and time for alignment and testing. Huge thanks to @bryson for his ninja skills and amazing help putting it all together.

I also put on the 2016+ bigger front brakes thanks to the info thread it was an easy one to pull off.

Just a few of them... :D

Looking great Paul. Baja bovine's better look the eff out!

It has been a whirlwind to get it ready to roll for Baja and chase for Jaos and Canguro Racing Team during the Baja 1000.

Purchased new 285/75R17 KO2's and put them on some freshly powder coated RW wheels. Installed the Slee skid plates, roof rack (with Maxtrax mounts, Aluboxes and light bar), fixed up the roller drawer slides and fit kit, and then wired up the fridge, HAM radio, and extra USB chargers with a scan gauge mount on Gamaviti dash mount. Then threw in some good floor mats and headed south.

After driving through the night we picked up some team members in LA and headed for Ensenada and found ourselves nestled up into good company.

Had a fun time getting to know Koyari-san (the chief engineer for the Land Cruiser for many years and was the lead for the 200 Series, The face lifted 70 series, and latest gen Prado) he also brought a banner that has been travelling the world commemorating 10 Million Land Cruisers being sold and was fortunate to leave my mark on it.
