Something (or somebody) must have happened to him, he was acting normal. He said he's trying to put MR behind him.

That year he was out of control. The Rubicon committee almost kicked him and crew out of camp when they got to the springs.

He truly ruined 75% of one of the coolest camping nights I could have had.

How would you rate the rubicon, Cam and Bossman?

A. easy
B. moderate
C.hard
D. who gives a sh!t is the F'n Rubicon and it's beautiful
E. all of the above

When he drinks ( which used to be the norm ) he's one of the most obnoxious MFers you'll ever meet.
I agree with Nolen .......

I know that question wasn't directed at me, but:

C
and
D

Some of the spots on the trail ( even with all the recent "work" ) are not child's play. And the scenery is tough to beat.

It's harder than it sounds on Pirate, easier than it sounds on 'mud.

I did bigger stuff than ever, but I never had to pull cable or take a strap. I didn't take any hero lines, but 99% of the time there is just one option available.

Running it backwards would be a different story.

The typical truck in my group was an 80 on 35's, and they fared quite well.

Do it at least once.

Agree with this one. Not to turn this into a RUBICON thread but I would rate it just like this.

By the way, where is the RUBICON thread?

Cameron nailed it. Dan Hull was an incredible host and insisted that I drove the whole time. His 92 FJ80 did great and made every obstacle I asked it to without fail. Unfortunately the lack of sliders and my poor driving skills were a bad combination for this trail and his rockers will never be the same :(

The trail was breathtakingly beautiful, the time spent with friends old and new was priceless, and the generosity of my friend, Dan Hull, was unparalleled. Another west coast trip is in my near future plans!

Thank you Dan and all of the others that made this trip the lasting memory I know it well be!

Everyone that has been to the Rubicon feel free to answer. Since there isn't a Rubi thread.

I may take to the Rubicon next year..

But i doubt she would come back this clean
