I am amazed how standardized Toyota is with their designs and mfg even when it's a completely different drivetrain and suspension setup.

Similar Spidertrax top shelf build with an ARB'd mega high 9 or gearworks hp10 would cost you about half that today. 300m, 40 spline, the works. KOH ready.

Yep. Notice I said pre all that stuff.
I looked at the invoice on my Twisted Customs buggy today and the front axle with Detroit was $12,000. The mega hi9 with Detroit was $5000 of that. I guess prices are down.
