That's a lot of the same hardware I remember from the 100 series job I did recently.
I am amazed how standardized Toyota is with their designs and mfg even when it's a completely different drivetrain and suspension setup.

I need to come party with you guys Beno!

I had an old PC that I could not get to work. I had a guy pull the hard drive out and get the pics. I have so many cool wheeling pics on it I have weeks to sort through that I thought were gone.

This is a peek into the rabbit hole. True insanity of rockcrawling and money spending.

This is a custom 1550 Ujoint Sunray engineering axle. This is pre-CTM, Pre pre-fab housings, pre spidertrax etc etc......all custom.

I think this axle cost me $15,000 if I remember correctly

Nuts.

I can't fathom that kind of money on 1 (ONE) axle!!!! nuts

did you have sponsors or was Red making made dough?

Y'all forget, this n**** makes it rain, son! Bodean prints the shirts, the Grogans print the money:grinpimp:

Rabbit Hole......I had a mortgage not a house and land that costs me large sums of money.

I really don't know how I had the money I had back then to be honest.....

Because this is how you rolled in that buggy (cash, gas or ass, bitches - no one rides for free).

Similar Spidertrax top shelf build with an ARB'd mega high 9 or gearworks hp10 would cost you about half that today. 300m, 40 spline, the works. KOH ready.

Yep. Notice I said pre all that stuff.

I looked at the invoice on my Twisted Customs buggy today and the front axle with Detroit was $12,000. The mega hi9 with Detroit was $5000 of that. I guess prices are down.
