She is up and running. Brakes were not the best before surgery, still no so hot. FSM test tells us we have a booster going out. OEM booster will be here Tuesday. Install booster, adjust up emy brakes and align and Bessie is ready for the trailer. Lots better off from a week ago. Thanks everybody!

I am starting to brain storm some small items...

1) table for in the cabin....may not have one..

2) fan for in the cabin for noise and air movement

3) camp chairs....of course, but maybe a set for the cabin and one for the trail

4) EZ up for the trail? I may take one so we can get under it for lunch...just strap it to the roof rack. Mine is a small one

Anyone evr stayed in these cabins? Does it really have ac or just a swamp cooler? The 5000btu AC unit might be going!

Need a little help after Moab:hhmm:

Just found out gotta be in Tupelo the rest of July 4th week.....

No biggie but I figured I would leave Jackson on the 5th & head up.

Anyone got a friend around Tupelo with maybe farm or yard I could drop the gooseneck at for a few days?

Basically I just hate to leave it sitting at Hotel for that week w/ cruiser on it.

Let me know- ANY help would be great!!!
 
sunday night dinner!

i'm cooking a full tri-tip meal for everybody ( plan on about 20 people or more ) . please bring your own drinks and plates/utensils. got a whole menu put together, there's bound to be something everybody will like.
do the cabins have a cooking stove by any chance? otherwise i'm gonna have to bring something to cook with other than a bbq.......

Looks like they only have a grill. Clutchee and I hope to be in around mid day on Sunday to help do whatever you might need. Hope to leave home Friday morning and crash somewhere in Wichita Falls TX or maybe further depending on the time we leave.
 
Weighed my monster trailer today. 4060# dry. About 1500# less than I thought :lol:

I packed most of my gear today, other than clothes, in my 80 today. It's loaded down.

I have Jim's old Ready Welder, my battery charger, all my cordless Snap-on stuff, a spare 20# CO2 bottle, a long extension cord........

No need to bring this stuff if you are debating.....
 
Yeah my truck can drive itself to Firemans house. Been there a few times (Sheppard AFB). I'd like to get there around supper time for a trip to the Branding Iron!
 
Got the gas can carrier fabbed today all it needs is finish welding and paint, got a rail for the bikini top mounted on the roll bar, rear seat out.... CO2 tank in.

Had a 26 gallon tank in the 250....added a 37 gallon under the tool box, otherwise I could only go about 180-190 miles.

Just about ready to go!!!
 
I still need a Co2 tank mount. Jrob?
