You can also buy those winches at Canadian Tire for around the same price. I was in Costco in Grande Priarie, and they didn't have them, said they will have them some time before christmas, so stopped in CT, and they had 3 in store in Fort St. John.

I have been running mine for over 6 months and have used it already about 10 times. It has not heated up, it does not smell funny during use, it pulls, releases, does everything a winch should do for less then a lot of the other ones. If you need one and don't have $1000 or more for a Warn or MM, it's a damn good option. The only thing is that the rollers that come with the kit are crap and the chrome comes off them in no time.
