80? In a 40 or 60 keep it on the boards with an h42 and live life pulling 50mph up hills with 4.88s.

Phil,
You have 35 on the 100 right? We are thinking about uping the tires on the 100 to 35, but we still need to pull a full load plus trailer. Will this be a problem?
If I wanted American junk, would own a heep!
Lol, I feel the same, but a good US Gear just has a better quality steel if they are available for your FJ?, unless you get Toyota quality gears, but most of the aftermarket crap is poor steel quality. Just pointing out a fact, not knocking any other diff builder, as I'm pretty sure my Blazer buddies have found Zuk on CK5 and are very happy with his work, but I was offering up another reputable builder who AZ Diff specialists had hired on when they had a large work load. Some "Reputable" shops use inferior gears and cheap bearings, causing problems down the road. He doesn't stop working seasonally, and does quality work at a fair price (hard to find anywhere these days).
$150 for setup with regular crush spacer +$50 for solid spacer
$220-250 gear set
$180-Bearing kit (all bearing sets are Koyo or Timken)

For anyone thats interested.
That is gears, bearing kit, and install, but you bring in your thirds. Those prices are per third member also. I can help pull the thirds @ my house and the truck can sit on my lift till he gets the thirds done if you want to plan it out accordingly, I don't supply the rags, brake clean or quick dry for the floor.
