Im wondering how much it would cost to get a couple of spots of rust patched on my 60. both are about 6"x6" patches. I own 0 equipment for his job, and they are the only 2 spots that need this type of attention. thanks in advance for your advice.

Really depends on where the problem areas are. Flat panels are going to be easier (cheaper) than something with curves, body lines, seams, and such. Are you looking for paint matching or just going to rattle can it? Price could be a couple hundred to a couple thousand depending on those answers.

Ill get pics. i am just ini need of the metal work im durak-ing the rig, and need the rust patched,

here is a pic of the QP. the front fender isnt near as bad as i thought i was. it has pretty heavy surface rust but is able to be sanded down. the QP however.. well...

That will cost a little bit because you either need to have a donor piece or will need a custom patch made - I suggest a donor piece. I suggest that you take a big 'ole wire wheel or better yet a flap disc to that rust on the quarter until you hit good, solid metal. Then post up another pic of that.
