Introducing my new to me 85 4Runner. Found her about 5 miles from my house. Pretty decent shape. Not a lot of rust and rot but the undercarriage has more surface rust/scale than any of my other Toyota’s. It is kind of strange to me. This is the day I bought it...

Interior is very straight. It was a DLX but somewhere along the way someone did a real nice job of installing house carpet.

Nice, I bet that I could find a spot for that right beside the 100. :hhmm:
 
I made quick work of removing the house carpet. Pretty clean underneath after vacuuming it out.

Have been installing an ACC vinyl floor and will get pics up shortly...
 
That's a beautiful ride. My neighbor sold his '85 for peanuts when he chose to buy a Kia of some sort. That was years ago and I'm still mad at him. He knew how badly I wanted it too....the little fawker. :mad:
