Friends and family, I could use some MUD brainpower.

I’ve been having a hell of a time confirming the correct head gasket for my 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62
Model: FJ62LG-MNCV
Engine: 3F carbureted
Transmission: 5-speed manual
Region Spec: GCC Saudi Arabia
Aluminum radiator and new fan clutch installed

I’m trying to confirm the correct head gasket for a 1989 FJ62 with a carbureted 3F and 5-speed. I currently have 11115-61030, but 11115-60033 looks like a closer visual match. The truck also runs 200–210°F and the upper radiator hose has air in it after cooldown, so I’m wondering if I may have the wrong gasket or if I’m chasing a different cooling system issue. I am curious if the wrong head gasket is also causing a major air bubble in the block wear i cannot get it to release and bleed.

Part numbers in question:
Installed / current head gasket: 11115-61030
Gasket that visually seems like a better match: 11115-60033

Has anyone with a 3F carbureted FJ62 or this exact model code dealt with this before and can confirm the correct gasket for this setup?
