Heres one exactly like mine.... actually better cause it's one year newer

They say the gearboxes were just replaced. There are two boxes-one front and one rear with a rod connecting them to keep the timing in sync while raising/lowering.

The gearboxes alone cost $350 EACH if they bought them new!
