So I was talking to the dad of one of my son's friends at a birthday party this weekend. He is originally from Bolivia and wants to get a 40. I brought up importing some cruisers from South America and he was interested. Does anyone know a good website see what kinds are and have been sold there? I'll keep everyone in the loop if this moves forward.

Agree many are probably beat but I'm sure you can find a video of beating up cruisers in many countries. His dad still lives there and has owned several cruisers so could be the point person. Also they are from the lower part, not the high mountains of La Paz.

1936 Ford trunk back 4 door sedan. Nice car. I like the Bronco too but have started to gravitate to those with uncut rear fenders.

From an email newsletter I subscribe to... at the very bottom of page. I wonder if they chose it randomly or because their company name is FooJee?

Hahahaha.... If she dropped $175k on a Porsche and I don't have a built 200 in the garage sitting next to my beautifully restored 40, then we need to have a sit down talk.

Client of mine lives on badin lake here and ive always thought their neighbor was just a rich redneck. Turns out i was right ;) but he has a great sense of car style too. Chatted with him this summer to find out he and his brother have over 60 cars between them. It all started over admiring his 61? Impalla on 22s with suicide doors, air ride susp and an ls3. Not my typical attraction but damn if he didnt pull it off tastefully.

Anyways he and his brother both own one of these amphicar jewels but he uses his almost weekly in the summer months. An absolute hoot to watch folks on the docks when he pretends to be out of control crashing into the water. Or even better when he pulls up to the dock asking for directions to the starbucks then aims right for the concrete full steam ahead.

It rides right between the trim line and the doorhandles when floating and can pull out at any lake drive for a beer run
