Rob is rebuilding the seals and bearings up front. There was still some mud in there, probably from Holland where the truck originally came from. He's going to drain and replace all the gear oils while it's on the rack.
I'm guessing my little non-urgent brake job got bumped by the stranded world traveler with a remarkably perfect bum, but I'm totally okay with that....
The pics here are random and don't make much sense without the whole car but car people can see that this collection is world class. I can't even imagine what it is worth.
We lived in the wrong era. Id give up internet and iphones for some decent cars and planes.
It's one of 852 made. Painted only. Rest is just in superb shape.
I had a 65 mustang in high school and a 74 karman ghia convertible in college. I'd give god knows what away to have both back today.
