My house is all good, i'm on high ground. Brought out more than a few friends by boat after their house flooded. Not good.

One of my rental properties is under 2' of water.

Get used yard tractor/ I got used JD 2305 with tons of attachments. For much less than 17k.
Look on Craigslist or eBay....
Yard tractor w mower deck and bucket.
Or get finish mower to pull behind it.
