The Barber Motorsports Museum is in B'ham and has a very large collection of Lotus F1 cars throughout its history, in addition to the largest motorcycle collection anywhere. They have to be related to this F1 car in some way.

Yep, I remember that Jeep (and that guy). I almost ate there (once)... Not proud of it, but he and I got into it. There was about 8 couples and we all had baby sitters and we weren't seated for 2 hours even though we had a reserved seating. So, I told the "hostess" (who I think was his girlfriend from somewhere like Glory Hole, Arkansas) that they needed to hurry it up,. I thought it was a fair comment when you are paying 90.00/head for a scheduled seating and having to bring your own booze (it's not like we could sit in the bar and have drinks). She relayed it to him back in the kitchen; he took "umbrage" at my remarks and, in total high school, bush league fashion, he comes out to the waiting area screaming at me and asks me to "step outside" .... So, of course, I did.... (insert wife burying her head in embarrassment emoticon). He got all loud and mouthy on me... Then, I meated out and told him he was an ass clown and his restaurant was a s*** show; that I had had better food out of a stouffer's box (technically a lie), and he would be out of business in a year (just a guess, but ultimately accurate).

Sounds about right. My old studio was over there. Saw him get in a fight with an "employee" and get his ass kicked one year at the festival I was putting on on Jackson St. By the time he went out of business he had pissed off everyone in Ridgeland.
Again, not proud of it... I'm normally pretty laid back, but I think all guys innately turn "green" when someone starts screaming at them and asks them to step outside in front of a bunch of people. Just one of those funny stories about doing things you look back on laugh at later... He probably could have kicked my ass and I'm glad I didn't have to find out.
