For whatever reason, I decided to open and scan through[FONT=Arial, sans-serif][/FONT] the online COTTONLAND CRUISERS ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS (Revised: November, 2010). In that document, it states, among other things: "All members must conduct themselves in a reasonable, respectable and orderly action at all CLC activities"
