Got one , Never used it yet i won it at our local snowmobile club meeting. Guy up here makes and sells them. He uses some small tinder and a bee's wax concauction with a inlet air vent hole to burn properly, But my bro says he does the same thing out camping and just dumps a small amount of diesel in the centre cuts to get it going. supposed to work pretty slick.

IIRC, similar affairs were commonly used in Russia for outdoors heating, torches etc.
