Yeah, but a lot of it falls off during cooking, and I don't reapply when it's done.

...and I like pepper.

i cover my steaks in a lot of kosher salt knowing that at least half of it will burn off.

I was planning on cooking up the other one tonight and taking some pics, but I forgot that I had bought two lobsters on Sunday for a charity thing. I guess I'm gonna be eating lobster tonight intstead of the steak.

Nice beer. I have to drive to Georgia to get the stuff. Course, lotto tickets and fat tire in a 45 minute trip ain't too bad.

Now that would be worthy of pictures. My chicken is dead and butchered by the time I get it.
