Here's my marinade I'm gonna use for two hours.

2 cups Pinot Noir wine
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

they were NZ lamb racks.

Wob, NZ lamb will definitely taste a bit grassier than AUS or American lamb.

I just got into work because I was doubled over all last night with cramps, and I was pissing out of my butt. In all honesty though, something was going on with my stomach long before I ate the lamb racks. They were tasty - I wish I would have cooked them a little bit longer, though.

nicely done....cooked perfect. You should had grilled those racks.
