Seems like a read/unread/time stamp was on conversations yesterday but not seeing any of that data today. Just me or is it sitewide? Thanks

Many of the Conversation features are from a 3rd party plugin....updated this morning and the update failed. I've submitted a support ticket and am collecting the data needed in the error logs to help with solving the issue.
