Complete NOOB here! Advice needed!

Hi there,

I'm looking to finally make my first FJ40 purchase and am wondering what types of things I need to look out for seeing as I'm trying to get a good deal on one. What are the absolute things to have, as a minimum, as far as condition is concerned. Is rust okay, as long as it's not rusted through the floor boards? How much is too much. I just saw an FJ that's only $4750, looks to be in good condition, has a 350 crate engine in it, nv4500 5 speed transmission, reverse shackle upgrade, 4 inch hfs lift, 33in bfg at tires but it has a bit of rust.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I've always wanted to get one of these, and I hope this is a good entry point for me.
