I am VERY excited to be heading back out west! I just got approval for a business trip to LA to visit a few clients. I don't have dates yet. More than likely in Feb or March. Candice will be coming with me. I would guess that I will have one full day of business and then a few days for pleasure. I definitly want to see as many of you as possible. I will keep this thread updated as agendas are set.

We can't wait!

you can come up and snow ski.... a little far I know... would be nice to say hi....
 
I think a M&G would be great!!! I am not sure about a day or overnight trip as I know my wife will want to see her friends too. We will have to see how many days we can squeeze into the trip. I would certainly love a day trip or a Big Bear run to see some snow if it is on the ground. Once I get some dates firmed up this thread will be the first to know!

Well, we have the trip booked!

Flying in early Friday morning, May 20th, to LAX. Have business meetings until mid afternoon on Friday. We are not leaving until a red eye on Sunday night. I hope that you all can help fill some time in between. I know my wife wants to see her friends in Long Beach at some point. We are also sea kayaking in Orange County on Sat. morning. I know, I know, it is Hollywood and it was not my first choice. Company has control since they are paying.

We will have a rental car.

Any ideas? Sat night, Sunday afternoon? Friday night?

We can certainly figure something out Smitty.

I don't fly back from Boston until Friday evening and I'll have been out of town for two straight weeks at that point.

LOL! I don't know if it is swank or not. I think they a stupid deal, like $100 a night or so. I can promise you that we are very good at pinching pennies. Stewardship is actually pretty important.

So it looks like next Saturday after noon or Sunday afternoon would be best to try and get something going. We are in La Jolla Saturday morning doing some sea kayaking and should be done around 1pm. Would something around 3 or 4 pm somewhere in Orange County work? I am certainly open to suggestions. We have to check out of the hotel Sunday around 11am and then don't fly out of LAX until a red eye ( I think 11ish that night). So Sunday afternoon could work as well. How does everyone's schedules look for those days?

Have a tee time at 12:30 Sunday and sometimes will stay for an early dinner with the couple we are playing with. If not, I'll be there.
