So my 2 rear monitors are not working. They are not receiving video signal from; tested DVD and HDMI. As can be seen, they’re on and displaying “track” info as manipulates by the remote, but the media is not displaying. It is displaying on the front screen.

I am able to see that there are 2 codes in the rear, but I’m not sure if they’re related.

Thoughts?

I’m 90 minutes from the closest dealer so I’m trying to avoid going in. I don’t like them touching my vehicle anyway.
Also, with all the mods that have been done, is ‘possible’ that the shop disconnected or knicked something, and I have to pay Lexus hourly rates for them to discover that. I’m more than 90 minutes from the shop, and so just going there to let them look isn’t any easier.

B15CE is "Seatback Display Disconnected". I have the same error on mine since I unplugged and removed on my 2016 LC.

DESCRIPTION
The television display assembly and multi-display controller sub-assembly are connected by an AVC-LAN communication line.
The multi-media module receiver assembly is connected to the multi-display controller sub-assembly by a MOST communication line.
This DTC will be stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the multi-display controller sub-assembly and television display assembly.

I would confirm that the screens are fully plugged in first. From your picture it appears that there is a signal but just no video.

@Sac Cerevisiae so as can be seen from the one pic, my screens are definitely getting "some" signal. They are rightly receiving track data. What would be your suggestion to troubleshoot? Look for something disconnected at the head unit? Possibilities of the other (2) codes being related, as they are "rear" and have to do with power and ground?

I'm looking into the other codes.
