How does this code relate to cold start issues? Would the water temp sensor fault cause cold Start issues at any outdoor temp? (Which is the problem I have)

Just looked actually did the sensor for the guage instead of the sensor. Thanks ajax1!There is two sensor one for gauge and one for ecm which one did you change
