How does this code relate to cold start issues? Would the water temp sensor fault cause cold Start issues at any outdoor temp? (Which is the problem I have)

Yes, it would cause start issues at any temp. the ecu would default to standard temp of about 70 degrees...after it sees the fault.

Relaced water temp sensor with a new one. Power is good to the sensor. Still have the cold start issue and still showing the code 22 after clearing the codes. Any thoughts or helps is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I see it and actually didn't see it until you mentioned it. Thanks again! This should solve the issue
