Here's your formal invitation!

On case anyone is available we are having our Gary Telford Memorial Run this coming weekend.

Here are the details:

Meet at 10am in the parking lot of the small mall by Cultus Lake (where Bethovens Pizza is), across from the water park and just south of the roundabout at Cultas Lake, on Columbia Valley Hwy. Eliminates getting turned around and headed the right direction.

Some folk have 830am breakfast at the Chwk Airport Restaurant before meeting at 10:00.

If everyone brings a little firewood we can have the traditional fire while having smokie/hotdogs at the view point - lunch by Coastal Cruisers (bring your own bevirs, and food if you have dietary requirements)

This is a family friendly run (kids welcome), will have some moderately challenging obstacles, and typically finishes when it's getting dark. And, it's a whole bunch of fun.

08:30 for those having breakfast at the airport.

10:00 for the day run up Vedder Mtn

Let me check here. The event is the next weekend. I'll see how organized I can get. I need to get cheap ferry, too expensive to
cross on full fare anymore. 50/50 now.

It's $105.50 each way, no shoulder or cheaper. sorry but too much for me now. No go

Well, I was just on their ******* stupid site and I got $105 for those exact ****ing sailings so I’m sick and tired of this crap with BC Ferries. You gotta go back every hour to see how the rates are screw that.
 
BC Ferries... they've made the Island feel like a different country!
