Hope that spanner is metric

She's about to club her boyfriend over the noggin :wrench::wrench:with that spanner, so it doesn't matter if it's metric or Whitworth. Come to think of it, I actually have a few Whitworth spanners down in the dusty bottom drawer of my toolbox, left over from my early days wrenching those dreaded POS British abortions.:hillbilly::hillbilly:

Well, they're not tiny tools, most are around the 10mm up to 25 mm range. If his eyesight is bad at this age, he wouldn't be able to read 1/2W and would mistake it for 25 mm and get pretty frustrated on a front hub nut! :wrench::smokin::smokin: That is, if he ever picks up a wrench anymore...

Just want to warn everyone that I was sold a false bill of goods last month, those pretty girls you see above were promised to be at the meeting but were mysterious no-shows. Caveat emptor, buyer beware, etc. !!! :)

I just posted a little update on my trip, including some photos of my time spent in BC at this thread here. Thanks again guys for all the hospitality, help and advice. Great start to my journey!
