Clips for backup light/license plate trim panel

I took the exterior license plate trim panel off the lower part of the tailgate to replace the light bulbs and a few of these white clips broke. Does anyone know the part number or have a link?

Was the yellow highlighted number on the right supposed to be the clip?

When I googled “90202-05024 Toyota”, an image popped up that seemed to match, so I clicked the link and ordered some. Arrived today and it’s some flat washers.

That was the same image and link I followed thru Toyota parts deals. When I clicked on the link it brought me to a page without an image, but I figured I’d order some… just regular washers when they arrived.
