(BTW: For anyone who intends to price out a metal building these days - and I'm talking about a METAL building, not brick, finished out, etc....just a METAL freaking building - be prepared to throw up)
1100 sq ft of closed cell foam. This place feels like the inside of a Yeti cooler now.

Outside door awning is up. All they doors are trimmed out. Walls are up. Tin goes in at the top next week and work benches installed and the main work will be done so I can start moving in

Yeah, I was gonna say there are some really good BRIGHT LEDs out there these days.
These LEDs will literally blind you if you look at them.

Painted the white doors. Finished the TEQ mural. Hung Old Glory and now I’m scraping off the foam insulation as best I can that seeped out from inside. Thats my only complaint with this stuff.
