Are there any requirements to attend these meetings? I'm new to CLC and just wanted to make sure I don't crash a private party.

Not at all, You're welcome to just show up. We are in the upstairs training room. And feel free to join me at Bristol's if you like

Three of us met at Bristol; @Springs505 @cnbland and myself.

Scooted over to LHM Toyota and found the staff training room empty. We waited about 15 minutes and then went ahead with business.

We talked about new business:
Christmas event that @Pops brought up; wondered if it would conflict with the FS tree-cutting event. Need more info.
Talked about the Stay the Trail webpage, and whether we should give our club info and schedule to them for their website. No objections.
Talked about the fact that we have not voted whether to remain a "club member' in the Colo Assn of 4WD Clubs.

We talked about three trips in the past month:
Mosquito Pass on 17 September 2016
40s Only Run that Kyle, Doug, and Malcolm attended on 17 September 2016
San Juan Mtns trip that Kyle and Greg took on 25-29 August 2016

Next club event is October trail ride, 15th October to Reynolds (Saran) Wrap and Eagle Rock. Clean up and trail ride.

The proposed Christmas for Kids event is mentioned in the Pops email as being on Dec. 3.
