So, what did I miss?

Andrew could give a summary from notes--but from memory, we discussed old business (club t-shirt or Dickie's brand shop-type shirts in preparation for Cruise Moab '15, extraction of the Suburban from the Gulches).

New business ('15 trail ride schedule, whether to do China Wall or Gulches in February/March, or vice-versa, somebody to take over Admin control of the CLC webpage, and whether the club wants to contribute a portion of our club dues to one of the State-wide OHV clubs again this year, in light of the fact that said State-wide club has increased their annual dues).

Then we talked about elections; we referenced the club bylaws and there appears to be a discrepancy in election instructions, so we decided to postpone until we can determine what 'right' looks like.
