The 2008 CLC Barbecue & Get together is Planned!

It will be on Saturday August 16th at the Springs Ranch Park near N Carefree & Peterson (David Please Post the Exact Location and Directions)

we will be starting at about 12 Noon.

The club will be providing Hot dogs and Hamburgers (David M), Please Post up if you will be going and how many Guests will be with you, and what items you are bringing! Check the list or Suggest an item!

I'll definitely be there. For now, I'll just be bring 1 to 2 people. As far as items needed, I can provide a couple bags of chips and dip. Just let me know how many bags based on attendance.
 
OK, I'm glad to see some interest. I have been off of the computer and got behind in my duties.

The location of the BBQ is at Springs Ranch Park. It is located West of Peterson and between North Carefree and Constitution on Pony Tracks Drive.

Yes there really is a park there, just click on the aerial view button to see the layout.

The park is North of Pony Tracks and East of Turkey Tracks. No parking on Pony Tracks, so park on Turkey track or the other side streets.

At the park there is a shelter with picnic table, swings, kids playset, baseball diamond, roller hockey rink, basketball goal, and drinking fountain.

I'll bring my grill and hang on to the shelter for us.

Bring your chairs and sunscreen.

Put me in for 5. Some of them might be considered human others alien, some I just don't know about.

I'll pick up the slack on what we end up short on food items.

If it's not to late, put me down for 2 adults, 2kids. We'll bring something picnicy since everything seems to be claimed.
 
Thanks everyone for signing in. I'll pick up the hamburgers and Brats tonight. I saw the number at 20, so I'll stretch that a little for the people that are too shy to blog.
 
My family will be there. 4 of us......

Let me know if I need to bring any additional items. My wife will bring home made brownies.
