How do I unclip the Cigarette Lighter section?

Or, is there somewhere else I can get Power on with the Ignition?

Pull out the ashtray, pull the three screws that hold the metal thingy in above the ashtray, pull the 2 screws that go in the sides at the bottom front of the center thing. (by your leg, and the pass leg...) it should pop out enough to get to the back of the cig lighter.

Are you just looking for switched power? You can pull the bottom off the steering shaft cover and test the wires that run down into the dash and see what's switched with a meter/light....
