I have a 08 GX with the chrome accents on the door handles. I don't love the chrome and would like to black it out. is there an easy way to replace this trim piece with a gloss black one or should I just do vinyl wrap or plasti-dip?

I believe some people use black handles from eBay or perhaps Amazon. I have an 08 and years ago I replaced all the chrome handles with OEM blue, definitely worth it to me. There is a thread here with lots of info and part numbers should you prefer this method.

GX 470 Exterior door handles cross-over replacement
I had recently purchase a salsa red pearl gx470 and am looking to replace the chrome door handles. Is there any toyota or lexus that use the same door handles as the gx470 that I can do a direct swap on the front/rear handles?
