Chickworx Inc. is a little side thing I started to keep me busy and enable me to learn how to make cool stuff. I'll post up pics here - there are some for sale posts over in the for sale forum here, but I thought this would be a better way to keep my buds in the know of things I'm making. Check out chickworx.com for more info.

Let me know once you start building canvus tops and such, got some plans for the troopy once I get around to it which I will need some custom options.
Cheers,

Cheers,

I can build them starting in January. Will need measurements/detailed plans.

Sweet!

I am curious what you come up with for seat covers for your 77. My dad has the same seats as you in his 73 and is in desperate need of a pair.

Thanks. How are your 77's seats different?

That is the problem, detailed plans in my head and won't be put on paper until I start building the truck in the next year or two.

what about water proof seat covers, you make those? would be nice not having to keep putting the tarp over my seats in my BJ42 all summer so they don't get wet when truck sits in the driveway with bikini top while it rains between drives ;)

What might be best is to haul your rig down for a visit when you're ready so that I can mock up and test fit the top so it fits perfectly instead of having to guess and then adjust.

Do you mean something similar to the wet okole covers? Orange needs some new seat covers so I thought I would make her some and then go from there but Ill be making hers out of canvas.

Figure out what you want and I'll figure out how to make it.

Here is a spy photo of a project in progress that a Cruiserhead ordered for his girlfriend. I'll let you know what it is after I finish it and after she gets her surprise.

I'll have to re-sew this but at least I have figured out what will actually work.

Our rear seats might be the same though pattern wise. Print is just different.

If you sorted something out I would gladly send you measurements to make me a proper set for my 77 too. I was really disappointed with my seat covers. Though I did get one set for my 77. One set for a RHD HZJ75 and then all of my money refunded to me.

Hmm. What have we here?
