Bake, fry, sauce, then broil. Bingo.
That's how I used to do them by the thousands. NowI bake up a full packet (lb and a half) and divide them into three portions. Two go in the freezer and I eat the third portion. That way the next time I don't hafta waste an hour with the bake cycle.
