Charcoal Cannister for Older Trucks

Does anyone know where to get a new replacement cannister for an 80 20R?

Mine, the charcoal is no good any more and it stinks ... Toyota does not have them, later models are expensive, junk yard ones would have the same problem ...

But somebody must make replacements someplace? It should be fairly easy to bolt almost any one on -- plenty of room.

All I need is a cheapo

It looks like a rubber hose goes in and out of it, at least one from the carb, the other I am not sure (tank?).

1980 had very little compared to modern ones.

Howdy! IIRC, Toyota used the same one in a lot of different cars. I would just go to a picknpull and get a couple of them used. Unless they are physically damaged, a lot of them are still good at 30 years old. John
